A L.E.A.P of faith

April 2021

To say the pandemic changed the way we live is an understatement. The years of lockdown highlighted the importance of a person’s overall well-being and safety. To help our stakeholders face the challenges of living under COVID-19, Trends Group Foundation, Inc. launched the L.E.A.P. (Lead, Excel, Aspire, Propel) Program in 2021 focusing on assisting and providing mental health support to people in the community

In partnership with Nueva Ecija High School Guidance Office and Student Government, Trends Group Foundation, Inc., gave wellness sessions to guide the students and teachers of Nueva Ecija High School in the fulfillment of their individual roles in proactively practicing healthy coping mechanisms for mental health.

We hope our tiny gesture helped both the students and teachers of Nueva Ecija High School face the pandemic with a better outlook and touched their hearts to be more compassionate to others and to themselves.

The Taal Volcano eruption last January 2020 displaced several families and communities from their homes. While there is no exact science to predict the exact occurrence of natural disasters like this, there is a sense of comfort knowing that damages can be mitigated through the swift responses of concerned citizens and organizations.

Trends Group Foundation, Inc. understands that protecting the environment is necessary to create a sustainable future. As our landscape continues to adapt to climate change, we too need to adapt and push for advocacies and programs that call for the preservation of our natural resources.
